Section 1By registering for or using Ttriple Fitness ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including gym owners, studio managers, and anyone else who accesses the platform.
Section 2Ttriple Fitness is a cloud-based gym and fitness studio management platform ("SaaS") that provides tools for member management, fee collection, attendance tracking, meal planning, and business analytics. The Service is intended for fitness business owners and operators across India.
Section 3We offer a 7-day free demo period to allow you to evaluate the Service before making a payment. We strongly encourage you to make full use of this trial period to assess whether the Service meets your needs. Once a paid subscription begins, our Return Policy applies.

The Ttriple Fitness platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Ttriple and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. Your business data remains yours - we claim no ownership over data you enter into the platform.
Section 8To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ttriple Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Section 9We strive to maintain high uptime and availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
Section 10We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform settings. Upon termination, you may export your data before the account is closed. We may retain certain information as required by law.
Section 11These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
